SHIPPING POLICIES

Spain, 24-48 hours.
Balearic Islands and Portugal, 3 y 4 days.
Canary Islands, 10 y 15 days.
Deliveries in other countries will vary depending on the distance. If the delivery is not completed absent, we will inform you by email.

Spain: 3,95€, orders over 40€ free.
Balearic Islands and Portugal: 6.5€
Canary Islands: 8.5€
Other countries: 12€

CANCELATIONS AND RETURNS

If when you receive the order you are not satisfied, you have 15 days to return your order from the date you receive it, using the original packaging.
If after placing the order, you wish to cancel it, please contact us ASAP by e-mail.

GUARANTEE

Two years starting from the moment of having the order at home. Even if a claim is opened, it does not imply that the product is automatically covered, we have to analyze the reason for the claim to know if it comes under guarantee or not. In some cases, it may be necessary to return the product to our warehouse. If it is considered that it does not come under guarantee, you will receive an email with the reason.

The invoice is the guarantee, please keep it, without it your claim cannot be processed. This guarantee covers manufacturing failures. The guarantee does not cover product damage as a result of misuse or lack of care. If the product is covered by the warranty, the replacement does not initiate a new one of 2 years.

The claim of not receiving a correct order must be made in a maximum period of 48 hours when you receive the order.
